Condensing boiler was invented by OLYMSPAN and Shanghai Industrial Boiler Research Institute. It adopts the bigeminy water level control technology. The capacity is small. Required steam under required pressure could be got within 8 minutes after the ignition. This could guarantee the customers that they could start work within a short time. A condensing boiler of rated power of 2t/h takes up only 2.3x3m. This could satisfy customer who only has less space and want fast steam generation speed.
Compared with traditional WNS boiler, the steam generation will be raised up 150%, and space will be 50% of that of horizontal boiler of the same capacity.
The size of condensing boiler is small and the arrangement is easy. These features help customers use the space effectively and the boilers could be put in basement, among two floors or besides the production equipment. Special boiler room is not necessary thus it'll save a lot in terms of the construction cost.
4. Condensation technology-high efficiency; energy-saving
The condensation technology could condensate the steam within the flue gas exhausted after the combustion of natural gas. Within this process, lots of heat will be released, i.e., release the potential heat of vaporization.
Adopting patented technology, we could effectively divide and control the condensing surface and non-condensing surface;
On non-condensing heating surface, there won't be condensation.
Condensing surface adopts the anti-corruption material in order to extend its lifespan;
Adopting this condensation technology raises the heat efficiency and saves energy;
5. Environmentally-friendly emission-------make contributions to the reduction of CO2 and NOx emission
OLYMSPAN adopts the pre-heating burner and the low NOx combustion technology which could effectively control and reduce the NOx emission and meet the latest environmentally-friendly emission requirements. And the fuel is the natural gas, CO2 emission is only 55% of that of the coal-fired boiler. This makes great contributions to the reduction of the green house emission.
6. Unique structure
OLYMSPAN's condensing boiler hasωtype flue gas pass. At the end of the boiler, condensation technology which was invented together by OLYMSPAN and Shanghai Industrial Boiler Research Institute was adopted. We combine the corrosion resistant condensation and energy-saving technology with the gravity type thermo tube heat transferring technology and make the combination reliable and economic.
OLYMSPAN's condensing boiler adopts the multilayer cylindrical water tube structure. Water will absorb heat at a fast speed within the thermo tube and turn into two phase flow state. The unique steam-water separation device within the boiler could separate high-quality steam from the mixture. No steam-water separator is needed.
7. Remote on-line monitoring system
Upon receiving abnormal signal, we do data analysis and use the communication device to check the boiler. We'll notice our customers the result and help them solve the problem as soon as possible. If the boiler needs on-site repair, our experienced engineers will go to the site and help solve the problem with their expertise and provide thoughtful service.
OLYMSPAN's professional after-sale engineers will regularly connect the equipment and download records and analyze them and then send a report, within which we'll report the running condition of boiler, to customers. When necessary, recommendations for improvement could be offer.

8. Easy operation
The boiler is automatically controlled and it is easy to operate.
OLYMSPAN's condensing boiler's automatic controlling and running system has automatic ignition, automatic sweeping before ignition, flame testing, flameout protection, wind pressure protection, high and low gas pressure testing, gas leakage detecting and other safety control functions. The whole procedure adopts PID feedback adjustment. Fuel and air distribution adopts 2-stage dynamic adjustment. Combustion load can be adjusted according to customers' requirements to adjust the flame accurately; to trace the heating temperature and to realize the energy-saving and environment protection. Adopting the rotational flow extension combustion mode and this will effectively raise the heat efficiency of the furnace and extend the burning route and avoid the incomplete combustion and maximally meet the requirements. The whole procedure will be automatically adjusted according to proportion and it'll adopts the real-time monitoring and safety interlock, realizing the intelligent running and automatic adjustment; avoiding the manual mistake and the accident; ensuring the safe running of condensing boiler.
