Product Description
1. Summary
The workmanship of the equipment is vacuum pressure impregnation procedure. It can be used for the corrosion prevention, inflaming retarding, dying, modification and other treatment of the wood. It is widely used for its large capacity and it is safe and reliable for its reasonable structure.To ensure the safety of the equipment and to get rid of the risk due to the mal-operation of staff, we equip the interlock in it. When the face plate has not been locked firmly, the equipment won't work even we press the pressure button. And also, when the valve of the interlock has not opened, the equipment won't work even we press the loosen button.

2. Attention
1)Before the installation of the equipment, the foundation shall be constructed based on the local geographicalconditions according to relative standards.
2)Before the installation of the equipment, we shall ensure that levels of two rails are even and we install and adjust the outside rails based on the inside ones' levels.
3)The cables of the control cabinet shall be away from places where are extremely heated or may be humid.
3. Preparations
1)To ensure the effect and the result, we must test the soup to see whether it reach the standards or not. (e.g.the level and the concentration of the soup )
2)Before we start to work the equipment, we shall ensure that the door has been closed and sealed, the mater works, the valve is sealed, the safety valve can be opened, the control system works and the interlock works.
3)To reach the intended result or the effect, we shall have the wood arranged to the requirements and leave some space among them and have them bound with belts. We shall be careful when pulling them and once there's any problem, we shall stop to figure it out, solve it and then continue to operate it.
4. Operating procedure
1)Checking the sealing. If there's no materials in the sealing, then coating the sealing with the butter and close the door closure and close the electric circuit.
2)Closing the door closure firmly: press the 'on 'button and the light will be on, wait till it is off.
3)Closing the air release valve and the safety interlock valve.
4)Pre-vacuum and imbibitions work: close the imbibitions valve and open the vacuum valve, press the button starting the vacuumizing pump. We finish the pre-vacuum work once reach the rated degree. (degrees can be set according to customers' needs). Then the imbibitions valve shall be opened and attention shall be paid to the values shown on the liquid meter of the vacuum buffer tank. When the value increases,the vacuum valve shall be closed immediately as well as the vacuum pump, then the imbibitions valve. The imbibitions work has been finished then.
5)Pressure maintaining and temperature increasing. Set a clock in the timer for the pressure maintaining.(the former two figures stand for the hour, and the latter two stand for the minutes. The set can't be both '0' ).
Open the air release valve and open the heater valve. Watch the figures shown on the temperature gage of the treatment tank. When is reaches the rated figure(less than 95ºC ), close the heater valve and open the pressure valve and start the pressure pump. Watch the exit of the vent pipe, close the air release valve when there comes any liquid. The equipment is in the state of pressure maintaining. The length of the period can be adjusted by our customers who can also set the maximum and the minimum pressure figure. When the inner pressure reaches the maximum one, the pressure pump will stop working automatically and if it reaches the minimum one, the pump will start to work again. When the time is up, the alarm bell will ring, then the pressure valve shall beclosed and the air release valve shall be opened. Then the alarm ring will stop. The pressure maintainingandthe temperature increasing will be finished. During this period, the inner liquid level shall not be 4cm higher than the level of the pipe entrance.
6)Drainage operation: open the drain valve and start the drain pump. Open the vacuum valve and the residual liquid valve(valve in the connection between the end of the vacuum buffer tank and the treatment tank). Watch the exit of the drain pipe and close the drain pump when there's no continuous liquid drained out from the pipe. The whole work is finished with the closure of the drain valve.
7)After-vacuum operation and re-drainage work. Close the air release valve and open the vacuum valve. When it reaches the rated figure, the vacuum valve shall beclosed as well as the vacuum pump. The time period can be set by our customers. The whole procedure will be finished with the closure of the air release valve. Then we open the drainage valve as well as the drainage pump and watch the exit of the drainage pipe. We close them both when there's no continuous liquid drained out from the pipe and finish the operation.
8)Ensure that the drainage valve is opened and the drainage operation has been done and the figure shown on the pressure gage is 0. then start the safety interlock and press the' loosen' button and the light will be on. Wait till the light is off.
9)Open the door closure and cut off the power.
5. Attention
1)Customers are forbidden to dismantle the safety interlock by themselves.
2)After the unit has been installed and commissioning, the connection of the cable lines is not allowed to be altered without the permission of the manufacturer.
3)Without liquids, the pressure pump, the vacuum pump and the drainage pump are not allowed to be operated. The usage and the maintenance of the pumps shall be in accordance with the manuals.
4)For safe operation, the staff shall be away from the front part of the door closure of the equipment during the pressure marinating operation .
5)In case of any emergency, cut off the power and notice the manufacturer timely.
When the inner pressure surpasses the rated working pressure, the safety valve will open automatically and there will be sound like the alarm rings, also with the liquid drained out. This is the self protection of the equipment and is not the emergent situation.
6)Liquid which will have chemical reaction with the material of the equipment unit is not allowed to be used.
And the liquid added into the equipment shall be away from any granulative or massive materials. The filter shall be cleaned regularly to maintain its unblockedness.
7)The seal ring shall be changed regularly according to its wear and tear. And after the change, we can make some adjustment if there's any leakage in the seal ring.
8)The first time to carry out the pressurized work, the deflating work shall be done. The period won't be too long, otherwise the sealing can be damaged due to the lack of the liquid.
9)If the equipment unit has not been used for long time, then we shall wash it before we want to use it. And the sealing shall be checked to see if it is good and if there's any material in it. If the sealing is qualified and then the butter shall be painted and then we can close the door closure and turn on the power and press the 'close ' button. The light will be on and we shall wait the light is off. Then close the valve in the connection between the pressure pump and the liquid tank. Then open the wash water valve. Then the pressure valve if there's enough clean water. Some time later, close the pressure pump and the wash water valve. Open the drainage valve and the pump and watch the exit of the pipe. Close them both when there's no continuous liquid drained out. Press the 'loosen ' button, the light will be on. Wait till the light is off. And open the door closure and cut off the power. Discharge the redundant liquid and move away the butter as much as possible. Paint the anti-rust oil on the sealing face. And the oil shall be removed till the unit been used again next time. When the inner part is dry enough, we can close the door closure.(prevent the direct connection between the seal ring and the anti-rust oil on the sealing face.)
6. Maintenance
1)Add the lubricate and grease to necessary parts of the equipment.
2)Customers shall have their own daily maintenance plan and have it worked to ensure the proper operation of the equipment.
3)Carry out the daily maintenance and regular check on the meter and the safety valve to ensure its accuracyand proper operation.
4)When the temperature is lower than 0°C, the liquid in the treatment tank, in the vacuum buffer tank, in the pump, in the valve and in the pipes shall be completely drained out.
