SZL series hot water boiler is a kind of horizontal, double-drum, water tube, chain grate boiler. There are two drums up and down: Steam drum and water drum. The front of steam drum and two-side water tubes walls compose radiation heating area. The convection tube bundles between the back of steam drum and the whole water drum compose the convection heating area. The economizer is arranged at the back of the boiler. In the economizer, the soft water is heated by hot smoke. Then the hot soft water goes into the boiler. It makes use of the hot smoke's heat and saves more fuel. The steam comes out of boiler to go into the steam distributor, which will distribute the steam for different equipments. There are two kinds of cyclones for your choice: Multi-tubular cyclone and water-film cyclone. The dust removal efficiency of both cyclones is up to 95%. While the SOx and NOx removal efficiency for the sencond one is up to 98%.
